The Detective's Notebook(이하 "본 서비스")은 별도의 회원가입 없이 익명 인증으로 동작합니다. 이메일·전화번호·실명 등 직접적 식별 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.

상기 외 제3자에게 개인정보를 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다. 위 사업자 중 일부는 데이터를 국외(미국 등)에서 처리할 수 있으며, 이용자는 서비스 이용으로 해당 국외 처리에 동의합니다.
본 서비스는 만 14세 이상 사용자를 대상으로 합니다(COPPA 기준 만 13세 미만 보호 포함). 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않으며, 해당 정보가 확인될 경우 즉시 삭제합니다. 본 서비스는 범죄·추리 소재를 다루므로 연소자에게 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다.
이용자는 수집된 정보의 열람·삭제·이동을 요청할 수 있으며, 권리 행사로 인한 서비스 차별은 없습니다. 다만 본 서비스는 익명 인증 기반이므로, 요청 처리를 위해 기기에 저장된 익명 식별자 확인이 필요할 수 있습니다.

The Detective's Notebook ("the Service") operates with anonymous authentication and no sign-up. We do not collect directly identifying information such as email, phone number, or legal name.

We do not sell or share personal information beyond those listed above. Some processors may handle data outside your country (e.g., the United States); by using the Service you consent to such transfer.
The Service is intended for users aged 14 and older (including COPPA protection for those under 13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if discovered, it is deleted immediately. The Service contains crime/mystery themes that may be unsuitable for younger audiences.
You may request to access, delete, or port your data, with no service discrimination for exercising these rights. As the Service is anonymous, verifying the device-stored anonymous identifier may be required to process a request.
